01
A non-partisan court
Probate Judge is a non-partisan position and must remain that way. This campaign is a coalition across party lines, for the good of Bennington County.
02
Respect and kindness toward everyone
The Probate Court should be a place where individuals are supported and assisted in a prompt, compassionate manner, rather than admonished or talked down to.

A Compass for Community
I am a Bennington County attorney who practices in the area of probate estates, trusts, guardianships, and estate planning. A probate judge serves those who appear before the probate court, often during emotional and difficult circumstances.
If elected probate judge, I pledge to treat all people with respect and kindness. It will be my practice to make every proceeding in the probate court as just, speedy, and inexpensive as possible for all parties.
